Oracle APEX Change Management System: Project Gallery
Welcome to the visual showcase of my Capstone Project—the Oracle APEX Change Management System. This application was designed to streamline the software deployment lifecycle, enforcing a strict, role-based workflow for managing change requests.
Below are screenshots of the key interfaces that bring this system to life, transforming complex database logic into a clean, user-friendly experience.
1. System Architecture & Workflow
The foundation of the application is its structured workflow. This diagram illustrates how a change request moves through the five core pillars: Request Management, Review & Approval, Development & Deploy, Security & Roles, and Audit & History.
2. Secure Login Screen
Security is paramount in a change management system. The login screen provides a clean, professional entry point into the application, ensuring that only authenticated users can access the system.
3. The Interactive Dashboard
The heart of the application is the dashboard. It provides management with a real-time, visual snapshot of the entire system's health. The top row displays dynamic cards showing active user counts by role (Requesters, Reviewers, Approvers, Developers, Deploy Admins). Below, visual charts break down requests by priority, status, and deployment outcomes.
Project Overview: Built using Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and a normalized relational database architecture, this system demonstrates how enterprise applications can enforce compliance, ensure traceability, and improve operational efficiency.
